An absolutely terrible service. I had to complaint to RBI and yet made it made no difference. There may be branches that provide good service but the one I have my account in is at International Business Branch, Vadodara, the Head Office. In summary, I have personally attended the Bank on three different occasion for a total of between 3 to 6 hours on each occasion. Returned on each occasion after a promise everything will be rectified and guess what, no response even after writing many emails. Next time I am in India I will pull all the funds from the Bank.
