It’s one of the worst money transfer service I had seen so far. No proper response from customer service. No text updates on the status. They will take they own sweet time to transfer our funds. They promise 24-48 hours. But even after 72 hours transaction status shows as in progress. When we call to find out they don’t respond with proper answer and says it will be done in next 24-48 hours. I re-quested to cancel my transaction and even after 24 hours I did not get the cancellation response and I did not have an option other than issuing stop payment to source bank. I blocked all my services with Money2anywhere.###. I don’t recommend this service to anyone especially if you are looking for the fast transfer service. Now a days with changing technology fund transfer has become instantaneous and completing in minutes. I have initiated a cancellation from my source bank side and this asho** not responding properly. I was charged $50 for that by my bank. What a pathetic service you have.. Be ashamed of it.

Hello Called multiple times I am really really really upset..and I want to file a complain.I have been dealing with moneydart/money2 anywhere since last 15 years,had more than 100 transactions.Its really upsetting that every time asking for license since I had provided license multiple times in the past.I also updated my drivers license number in my profile.If drivers license is good for 4 years why do you guys update in your system rather than asking every few months.Just because of that they hold off my transactions,a customer who is dealing with you for last 15+years.What kind of customer service is that.??? This will be my and all my relatives last transactions with you.....guys.. no more..really upsetting.. .poor quality service...getting even poor... Talk to same person Dennis ...as one of the customer mentioned his name in the review...I told him I want to talk to supervisor. ..he said there is no manager or supervisor available ....what kind of reply is that...I asked him to have your supervisor call me when available..still no response..no emails....poor quality service ....This should be delivered to your corporate office or i will email them directly...cancel my transaction and I will deal with other company..

Don't believe these guys, they are fake. They don't keep up their promise. Before register and sending money they will say something after placing the transaction they tell something else.... I also observed that they are giving all the personal information including full SSN number to all the call center people who is working remotely from different Asia locations. Feel like not safe to send money with these people. Spoke to Customer care guy Dennis, he is very careless..... saying me to go ahead and give review/feedback (bad). But I m stuck, not sure how to get deleted of all my personal data from their systems. But I have got cancelled my transaction.

Worst service stay away from them. I’m trying to send money to someone in India for medical emergency and one of my friend suggest me to use this service. Out of all money transferring service I chose this without reading the review. Initiated the transaction on number 23 and still waiting for them to take the funds from my bank account . Yesterday I received an email and it asking me to wire transfer the money . But when i was talking to the customer care they never told me about the wire transferring’s and they told me they will perform ACH transfer. So disappointed and the person I’m trying to help out who is in medical emergency passed out. So pathetic service. Please stay away from this people and their customer service is very rude. No wonder they have so many negative reviews.

I initated a transaction on 16th Nov and money didnt reach my Indian account by 29th Nov. They didnt care to inform me about the transaction and when I called them they gave some flaky response that reason mentioned for transaction (investment) was not right . Like how did they deduce? Then I cancelled my transaction on 29th and till today 3rd December my refund isn't even action-ed. Have called them twice daily but no action. So they have been holding on to my money for 17 days now (and still counting) with no signs of returning. Stay away from this service or be ready to file a court case against them. Pathetic beyond words.

Worst site to transfer money. I initiated a transaction on 3 OCT and still haven't got any update on when the money would be delivered. I sent multiple follow up emails to your customer care but have not got a single response from you.

Do not use this service at all. The worst of all the remit services. I have made a transaction on 28 of August and I have requested to cancel the transaction after 2 weeks but surprisingly they processed it on 9/13 and offering me lesser price. I think they wait for the value to go up and then offer you less price so that they can make profit of it. Really bad service. they are offering 69.80 where as it is trading aroung 71.50 for a week now.

Worst service I ever have ever seen. Canceled my transaction after 3 days. When contacted customer service, they gave me a silly reason that the purpose of the transaction is not correct. I don't know how they decided that purpose is incorrect and cancel the transaction. Now I cannot get the rate that I tried to send money before.

This has to be the worst managed platform/service that i have used for money transfer yet.My transaction took more than 1 month to be completed after all the verification and unknown delays. I have contacted the customer care atleast 30 times via phone(does not help) and email too. Finally, they said that for all these uneanted mess up, they will give me an added $20 gift card (not the mandatory one) but that has not happened yet and it is already 2 months now. Please avoid this website.Period.

I hope someone visits this site before making a decision to use Money2Anywhere (I didn't. Biggest Mistake). Whoever has rated 5 stars, would either be an employee of moneydart or someone who has transferred less than $5000 or so. If the transfer amount is greater than $5000 (even if it broken up into small amounts but within a span of 10 days each), then the headache starts. Since my ICICI money2India account was locked due to some reason, I used this service in January and in March to transfer money less than $2000 to pay my LIC premiums. The rates were good, service was fast and transfer was done online in 2 days. So I decided to stick with Money2Anywhere. I initiated a transaction on 06/28, greater than $5000, to pay for a medical emergency in my family. After 2 days of wait(normal time for online transfer) nothing happened. Upon emailing customer care, they responded stating I need to Wire money to State Bank of Texas (Bank is Owned by Indian Folks). (BTW, Nothing pops out about need to Wire money , when transaction was originally initiated online. Unless you know about this requirement, you will keep waiting forever). They state this as measure against 'Fraud' , but I understand it is to lock our money and get short term interest on this. I did the Wire on 07/02. Money was deducted same day from US account. Called customer care on 07/02 , got the response that customercare will forward to 'the respective team' who reviews and transfers the money, and transfer should happen in 2 or three days. Since parents were waiting for the money, called today (07/06) and got the same response. I have no clue when the transfer will happen. My advice would be not to use their service for larger amounts, use trusted banks like ICICI money2india, even if their rates are low. Record the calls after taking permission, and take the help of an attorney to take legal actions (There are State, Federal and Consumer Protection law that services like this have to abide). Legally, they are also liable to pay any lost interest%. I am surprised to see a reputed Financial institution like UAE Exchange using such Low Quality third party firms.

Worst customer service, no responses to emails. Have to call atleast couple of times to reach out. Made transactions to same beneficiary from 2 Providers but this one got cancelled saying receiving account was frozen/closed, but it was successful with other provider. Even made one more transfer from other Provider inbetween. Not sure when i would get my money back. I still doubt if this is legit, their process and verifications ..... they can send email abt promotions everyday but no communication thru email/text for any status changes of the transactions. Will never use money2anywhere again.... I assume the 5 stars were by their employees or themselves. Dont fall for this shit

This is bullshit service.After upploading DL copy and bank details, still they want SSN and bank statement etc. Such poor service. Not gone use it anymore. My money got stuck and they didnt transfer it.

There is no way to cancel a transaction you initiated. Their referral policy is only known to them. You cannot reach their customer support. Luckily if you could talk to someone on their side then they will give you high hopes but all lies. You will keep sitting for days and weeks hoping something will happen to your money. There are better sites available. Please avoid Money2Anywhere. Total waste of time.

Please don't waste your time with Money2Anywhere. Please note, there is no cancellation option available once you initiate the transaction. You will never know when you will get your money, they will never give you a date of delivery. Calling customer care is nightmare as you have to wait for hours in phone to reach someone. Basically you will initiate a transfer and sit quiet for days or may be weeks for your transfer to complete. You cannot go with some other vendor also because if they initiate a transfer which you cannot cancel then your bank will charge you if you don't have money in your account. They should change their name to Money2Nowhere.

I tried money2anywhere based on recommendations from my friends. But I am sorry to say that I had extremely horrible experience. Customer service is extremely unreliable. Regarding fund transfer, it takes atleast 10+ days to get your money credited in your account and that too after chasing the customer service again and again. There was a promotional offer of 25$ gift card after the first transaction which I have not received even after 2.5 months. I have been chasing them since last couple of months but I have never received any response from their side. I wish I had received better response and service from them

The service is disguising. I did back to back transactions in 2 days after opening an account to the same Indian account. The second transaction is cleared and credited, but the first one is still pending. Funny thing is, they are not responding email, calls, and calling back is just a bluff. I have even waited more than 15 minutes, but nobody picks up the call. You guys took the money from my account, but still not crediting. Poorest service I have ever had.

I've been a customer of money2anywhere for close to 4 years. In recent years their customer service is gone completely to junk level. They don't reply to any email. Their site has a call back option and its just a joke, they never call back if we leave our number there. And if you try to call them, you will be put on hold forever, you never get to speak with their customer representative. They just put the transaction on hold and don't inform you and don't even update the proper status in the site. If at all you are lucky to speak with their customer representative, then they will ask you to provide bank statement after that no news for another day. Then again if you are lucky to contact them, then they will tell you to do wire transfer and the funny part is, in their website there is no option to select wire transfer, it has only direct debit. Every month they change their policy and direct debit limit without informing the customer and putting the proper information in the site. So you end with the same frustration again and again. I also used Remit2India. But it is recently bought by money2anywhere's parent company and both are going down the hill with their customer service. So now it is time to look somewhere else for money transfer, actually TranFast, Xoom, Ria, etc are getting much better now.

I completed a transaction in April First week(04-04-2018). There was a promotional offer of 25$ gift card for the first transaction. but still i didn't received the promotional offer. Except this i got better price and excellent service.

Horrible Experience! nothing but tension. no transparency I initiated the transfer on March 31st 2018. and promptly uploaded documents and even emailed documents. Their test credit to verify my bank account came after 10 days on April 9th 2018. after confirming the test credit, the money has been debited from my bank account, but the transfer status is showing cancelled. Today is April 14th and the progress made is money debited from my account but not credited to receivers account. 15 days of just pure headache with an insensitive and irresponsive staff. If you try calling them, no one answers. I have to resort to praying that my money reaches, else I have no other option but to lodge an official complaint with the appropriate authorities. I even had to send across a proof of debit. their system is that pathetic

I completed a transaction in February. There was a promotional offer of 25$ gift card for the first transaction. On being asked about the promotions, I was told it will be sent 2-3 weeks after completing the transaction. It has been close to 2 months now and I have not seen anything. I wrote and called to customer service as well, but still no answers. Unlikely to use them again since they do not seem to care about honoring their commitments.

One of the "MOST PATHETIC" money transfer service I have encountered. I recently posted a review and I stand by that. These guys are worst in Customer Service. I sent an E-mail couple of Weeks ago and I did not hear back from them. However, they send an E-mail every day saying the rates are updated.

Giving 1 star (would have liked to give them less than 0). These guys have the worst customer service in the business. I initiated a transaction on 4 March 2018, and didn’t see any response or activity from them for 4 business days. I emailed count less times sending my documents and asking for status of my transaction, but to no avail. Their on call support is worse. After having me on hold for 24 minutes, all they could tell me was their team is unavailable and will send email by EOD. This didn’t happen either. Now finally after I sent another email yesterday night requesting status of my transaction, they finally tell me on 5th business day that transaction is cancelled due to wrong purpose of transaction entered by me. Couldn’t they tell this earlier? Don’t they understand that I was held up by them for 5 days and I lost the opportunity to send money at a healthy exchange rate? They don’t understand customer’s opportunity cost! All reviews about their unresponsive customer service and pathetic business practices are spot on. I took the risk and got trapped! Stay away people..

It was really great working with her. Management should get more like her. kudos to money2anywhere. I am happy with them now. I would still like to say that the website needs some tweeks but if I have reps like her to work with I think I can live with it :)

I wish I can give them a negative star. Worst company to deal with. They will ask you for your bank statements every time you want to do a transaction above $5,000. Its not a one time thing for verification. The customer service staff is really bad they do not know anything and when requested to talk to a manager they will always say they are in a meeting and will call back that never happens. The website is very buggy. Even if you have emailed the customer service staff your ID still it will always fail the transaction for ID requirements. I made a transaction and at the end when it had to give me a transaction number it failed and gave an 'undefined' in all the textboxes. Moreover when I called the customer service they have no idea if the transaction went through or no. Its totally unreliable to send through them. Please stay away.

I thought of trying this website as it appeared to be new on compare remit. Please don't believe the $25 promotion, Its fake. They never fulfilled their promise despite calling multiple times their response is same "you will get it in 1 week" and you will never hear from them regarding $25 and its been nearly 2 months i transferred money. **It took more than a week for the money to reach the bank and not three days**

I can't give less then that because it doesn't let me .Their phone get's disconnected in the middle of the call after 15 mins .Pathetic customer service.

One of the "MOST PATHETIC" money transfer service I have encountered. I have been remitting my hard-earned money to my family back in India since last 3 yeasr from US through other service providers like Xoom, Remitly & Ria. This time however, I came across this Money2AnyWhere. They don't keep up their Promise and they don't care about the customer or his urgency. I was initially told that the money will be delivered with in 24 to 48 Hours. Once Sign up is completed, the Customer service agent told that it will be done in 3 to 5 Business days. I lost faith on this company Don't ever try this service.......

Please dont advertise false offers if you cant serve them.Finished two transactions already but never received the promised 25$ gift card on the first transaction. Have sent almost 10 mails but customer service is too poor to reply. Never ever using it again. — Yours Ex-customer

Service is not available in the state of Indiana, when called them, customer service said due to management issues, we do not have services in Indiana. I noticed it while I was filling out my personal information and while entering address, I did not see INDIANA under the state pull down menu.What a shame!!

really bed service since 3 months I am using this service last 3 years, frankly, very poor costumer service, my business account was hacked, the hacker transfer money through my account. I change my user email, I password, this happened 3 months back,since then my account is inactive, whenever I called customer service, they forward my case to consent dept. telling in 24 hours some one call you to activate. no one call me back since then. i try to call their corporate office, but always on answering. I really want to log in my account check nothing is fishy going on there, If everything looks ok I will start doing business with them So I am really frustrated.

I switched from remit2india as they stopped service in Virginia. I have used them once to send USD 7k and it was a horrible experience. It took over 10 days. For a second, I even wondered if this is a legit company or some type of SCAM.The customer service was horrible and no one had a clue what was going on. I will NOT use them again. Most of the reviews on this page have a rating for 1 or 5. I might be wrong, but "1" are from actual customers and "5" from MoneyDart Employees?

Excellent service, great rates. Their new website is very good. Very easy registration & we got a great USD comversion rate to send money. It took 2 days for the money to reach.
