It’s one of the worst money transfer service I had seen so far. No proper response from customer service. No text updates on the status. They will take they own sweet time to transfer our funds. They promise 24-48 hours. But even after 72 hours transaction status shows as in progress. When we call to find out they don’t respond with proper answer and says it will be done in next 24-48 hours. I re-quested to cancel my transaction and even after 24 hours I did not get the cancellation response and I did not have an option other than issuing stop payment to source bank. I blocked all my services with Money2anywhere.###. I don’t recommend this service to anyone especially if you are looking for the fast transfer service. Now a days with changing technology fund transfer has become instantaneous and completing in minutes. I have initiated a cancellation from my source bank side and this asho** not responding properly. I was charged $50 for that by my bank. What a pathetic service you have.. Be ashamed of it.

Hello Called multiple times I am really really really upset..and I want to file a complain.I have been dealing with moneydart/money2 anywhere since last 15 years,had more than 100 transactions.Its really upsetting that every time asking for license since I had provided license multiple times in the past.I also updated my drivers license number in my profile.If drivers license is good for 4 years why do you guys update in your system rather than asking every few months.Just because of that they hold off my transactions,a customer who is dealing with you for last 15+years.What kind of customer service is that.??? This will be my and all my relatives last transactions with you.....guys.. no more..really upsetting.. .poor quality service...getting even poor... Don't believe these guys, they are fake. They don't keep up their promise. Before register and sending money they will say something after placing the transaction they tell something else.... I also observed that they are giving all the personal information including full SSN number to all the call center people who is working remotely from different Asia locations. Feel like not safe to send money with these people. Spoke to Customer care guy Dennis, he is very careless..... saying me to go ahead and give review/feedback (bad). But I m stuck, not sure how to get deleted of all my personal data from their systems. But I have got cancelled my transaction.
