My experience with Venstar was great. When I decided to send some big amount (>$20000) I found this on compareremit.com. Initially I was little skeptical about this company because I had never heard before. But after I called the customer service and spoke to Andre, it was clear to me that I can trust this company. The only concern was Venstar would be the best for sending money from UK to other countries, I believe. Because when I wanted to send money from USA to India, I needed to send money to a UK bank (where they would send it to my Indian bank), which was only possible through a wire transfer. I needed to pay to my bank for wire transfers to UK bank. Other than that I feel highly positive about this firm. Their customer service is exceptional.

I was very satisfied with Venstar’s support in handling my transaction without any glitch. They provided me with the transaction status in timely manner. With their knowledge and expertise in such transactions, I'll always use Venstar services to transfer money. Venstar has excellent and knowledgeable staff. I give Andre and Axel 10 out of 10 for their services.

My experience with Venstar has been nothing short of exceptional. I have been a client for over six years when my previous firm was no longer able to manage some of our needs. First, the transactions are much faster than with previous firms (we've used two in the past) - allowing our recipients to receive their funds as fast as a bank to bank transfer. Secondly, the ease of verification of amounts and recipients is very important as we have many organizations to whom we send funds on a monthly basis. However, I would have to say that the customer service that I've experienced has been beyond any expectations. In six years with monthly transactions, there have been one or two times that I've made a mistake. This is caught and corrected easily by Venstar's team. In all that time, and with dozens of conversations, I don't recall ever encountering an automated menu - I always get a real person. Even when my normal representative is out, there is always a backup person ready to assist. Finally, they are constantly monitoring banking situations. When my US bank unexpectedly changed how they were sending funds (which caused some issues), they alerted me immediately and we were able to do a work-around and eventually test out a new solution that worked. I never experienced that issue first hand as Venstar was working ahead of the curve to make sure our recipients never had any delays or problems. Venstar has taken what used to be a simple transaction and incorporated a level of service that has ensured that no matter what comes our way, we know our funds will be secure. That peace of mind is invaluable.
