Rates are "INDICATIVE" not Actual. Out of the 4 transactions I have tried with ViaNex (I am a customer acquire from Indus Fast Remit), none had the same rate that was shown. It seems that Via Nex acquired IFR but changed the rate from fixed/actual to indicative and are misleading a lot of old Indus Fast Remit customers. Onto another company that provides actual rates. No thanks, ViaNexFastRemit.###

I was planning to use this service to transfer money to South America, but I DO ALWAYS REVIEW THE COMPANIES RATINGS BEFORE DOING ANY TRANSACTION WITH THEM. ACCORDING WITH THE LONG BAD REVIEWS OF THIS COMPANY I WONT USE THEIR SERVICES TO TRANSFER MY MONEY TO MY COUNTRY. PLEASE KEEP EXPOSING THIS KIND OF ABUSE.

0 I used this service multiple times. But now the services are too worse after vianex took over from Indusind . It takes more than a week to reach target account even though my account was verified. They message payment delivered but actually it wasn't delivered. Customer Care is hopeless no one picks phone. Even in regular business hours or out of business hours you always hear same voice message talking to other customer. 'Vianex' do not fool customer by false messages and false emails

3 Very bad service my transaction failed twice with them with the same details I have used for more than 10 transaction and than even support says all details are correct and transaction failed again . Now when I have requested return of my money they say they have notified bank but they have not done it so is this my fault should I be talking to there bank WT*!!!

1 Please do not use this company for money transfer. Pathetic service. when contacted help desk, they promised i am eligible for a $25 coupon for my 1st transaction with them on 30-sep-2019. after completing a transfer on 30-sep-2019 and almost a week after there is no sign of coupon. when contacted help desk today they are totally denying any call on 30-sep and the coupons as well.never seen a company lie so bluntly.

2 Worse service ever I got from this company . Very very unprofessional . never bother to send any update if there is any issue unless we call the customer service . Account was locked for almost a month but no email or phone calls received explaining why it is locked .

1 Vianex custumer care saying the offer amazon giftcard expired in jul2019, then why comparet remit show on its website, why they are showing false information.

1 This site still shows there is $10 amazon gift card for first transfer. I did more than $500 but i did not receive any gift card. Upon asking customer support, they told offer is expired and see terms and conditions. Based on vianex response to review here, i did transfer through the site they mentioned. They also told every customer will get gift card for their first transaction with $500 or more. I did the same. Whom should i reach now? This compareremit site or vianex support?

1 I have transferred money using Vianex. There is one offer of $10 gift card on the first transfer of $500 or more. But the customer service representative is saying that there is no such offer. I am very much disappointed.
