it's my first time to send money here service is very disappointing. took time to contact customer service the only answer i get is "contact your service agent" then i contact them again for a different concern, spend time then i get the same answer "contact your service agent". I wonder what is the customer service for, if they can't help you with anything. very annoying

worst service ever had,will never recommend to use anyone, 3 days they asking you same things to upload again and again ,ID and passport and bank statement,i uploaded the documents very first when i register but same things need to do again and again,when you call they put you on hold every single minute for 10 minutes,call assistant have no idea what they are talking,they have no answer for anything, they answered me after hours and hours and hours put me on hold and ok your payment will go through now, 2 days after they send me message that transaction has been canceled, i called them so answer was why it happen??? instead of they will tell me they are asking me,after they put me on hold again for long and answer was we do not know the reason of cancelation, i said ok process my refund so answer was you have to wait 10 working days, for me was very important to send money to my country because it was an emergency,but i could not because of this bloody service, i would not blame them if i would not have any required documents, i provide every single thing they have asked me,

Worst Online money transfer. No proper communication. There is no proper section to upload ID documents. Main thing you need to wait for ten workings days the recipient received the money. Customer service is one of the worst. Instead try western Union, Worldremit..etc. They are 100 times better than xpressmoney. I uploaded all the required documents in online and I drop an email also they requested. Next day , I am getting a mail says,Could you please upload the documents. When I called them, They replied "we didn't check it". After 8 days I called them and I said" Please cancel the transaction". They are requesting me, verification everything is done, we will process the transaction". Later, I cancelled the transaction. They charge me 7 pound for cancellation. I never mind. But, try to improve your service.
