1 I wish I could rate them less than zero, very poor in problem solving. If you make any mistake while doing a transaction, you are on your own, because this people will never be able to help you. I sent a wrong amount back home, the transaction was reversed the very next day, but up till date Taptap send is not capable to help refund my money.Each time I call them all I get is, we are sorry, stop being sorry and get to work. A bunch of unqualified staff.

I had to try multiple times online to setup account online going through multiple steps providing information, ack their terms, upload docs, and finally I had to let a 3rd party access my Bank of America account by entering credentials. Finally after 3 hours after fully providing 3rd party access to my account, their representative told me that my account creation did not go through, and I have to try it again. I got tired and decided to go with another company. Through a different provider I sent money to India within a few seconds. SBI cleared $3000 from my BofA account. I also told their rep that I don't want to open account anymore; they don't care. I am still waiting for refund...

9 I used the new mobile remit app of SBI California. It was such a wonderful experience, its so user friendly, convenient and more than anything, its very quick and reliable. For subsequent remittance, it just takes a few finger taps literally.
