I recently attempted to send funds from the United States to India. I began the transfer on September 16, expecting delivery by September 22. On September 22, Unplex marked the transaction as complete; today is October 1, yet the money has not reached my Indian account. I have reached out to customer support since September 24, and they requested my Indian bank account transaction history, which I provided. They have been trying to obtain additional details from their partner bank in India for a week, but there is still no update. Im using this app for the first time, it never happened to me with any other apps like remitly or wise or xoom! Please avoid this platform!! I’m going to update this thread how I would be able to get over this and recover my money

0 Do not use this app to tranfser money, no customer support, did not get my money yet, until I got a recommendation of a Recovery agency INNOVATIONS ANALYST. 1 They mention one rate in the compareremit but when we go into their website the facts mentioned here are not the same. Its altogether a different rate. Frustrating :-(
