I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Wise. Without any prior warning, my business account was deactivated. I only became aware of the issue after noticing account changes myself and contacting customer support. During multiple conversations, I repeatedly asked for clarification regarding the reason for the decision and whether there was anything I could do to address the issue. The response was always the same: Wise could not provide any specific information. I immediately submitted an appeal, despite not knowing what policy, activity, or concern I was supposedly appealing. The appeal was later denied, again without any meaningful explanation. Instead, I was directed to a generic page listing possible reasons accounts may be closed. To make matters worse, I then received notice that my personal account will also be closed on September 15, 2026. Once again, customer support was unable to explain why the decision was made or what factors contributed to it. My primary concern is not simply the account closure itself—it is the complete lack of transparency. As someone who relies on international financial services for both personal and professional purposes, I depended on Wise to help manage cross-border payments. Having both business and personal accounts terminated without a clear explanation creates significant disruption and leaves customers with no meaningful opportunity to respond, provide context, or correct potential misunderstandings. I understand that financial institutions must manage risk and comply with regulations. However, customers deserve clear communication, transparency, and a fair process when decisions this significant are made. At a minimum, I would like Wise to reconsider the closure of my personal account and improve its communication practices so that other customers are not left in the same position—confused, unsupported, and unable to understand why they are losing access to a service they have depended on. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend Wise to other customers who rely on transparency, accountability, and predictable customer support.

I’m extremely disappointed that my post describing my experience with Wise including their wrongful cancellation of a legitimate €2,987.72 payment has been removed by moderators on Reddit. It feels like an attempt to cover up poor service rather than address legitimate customer concerns. Customers deserve transparency and fair treatment, not censorship when they speak out about real issues. Wise needs to take accountability instead of suppressing feedback.

A lot of people experience different things some true and some not true , we all have the right mind to know what is good and what is bad , You see all this sites trying to copy the real ones doesnt mean you cant find the actual real sites for consultations when you get scammed by this crooks , I was a victim visit [BsbForensic Dort c0M] got all my funds back I have proof

I once lost an incredible amount of Funds to a fake Binary option Brokers, It all started from a phone call and after some persuasion I decided to invest, after months of constant investment I decided to ask for a payout this was the beginning of my turmoil, to my dismay I was still asked to invest more. Being a Single father this really affected me and despite all efforts to contact them failed. I was introduced to ( Taurusinvestigation. com) they took legal actions against them and they helped me retrieve my funds couldn’t be more thankful .

I had a very fishy incident with Wise. Wise is requiring verification of my address. I sent them my credit card statement with my address as they requested. Forty minutes later my US bank sent me a fraud alert. Someone at Wise had attempted to use the information from my bank statement to charge tickets. I have had this credit card for over a decade and have never had any fraudulent charges made against it. It cannot be a coincidence that 40 minutes after sending the information to Wise that same information was used for a fraudulent transaction. I immediately alerted “The Wise Team”. The response from them was sorely inadequate. Instead showing any interest in finding the reason for this they claimed the fault lay with my bank. I have used Wise for years but their lack of internal controls over personal financial information and the lack of concern showed by their response led me to cancel my account and try and warn others.
