Can I cancel a money transfer?
Yes. You can cancel your transaction, but the refund depends on the terms & condition of the remittance service provider. If you need to cancel your money transfer, you may contact the provider as soon as possible. The money is fully refundable in case your transfer authorization took place 30 minutes ago. The money is also refundable in case you haven't scheduled an advance money transfer.
Please Note -
1. The time for the cancellation period may vary from provider to provider.
2. In case the transfer has already been picked up or transferred into the recipient's account, the cancellation of transfer may be declined.
