not happy with ria service they didnot imform me my ifsc code wrong i wait for nine days,then i call then they told me i cancel,but i have to wait week for my money when i put order next day they get my dollars from my bank this is not fair too many times i used their service this time i am very unhappy

7 Excellent services from Ria. I am using Ria app from the past one year and never faced any problem. Trust me, the recipient get the direct bank deposit as fast as within 10-20 minutes. 3 I sent money to Ghana on Monday 21st June 2021, to a bank account, RIA claimed the money was paid into the receivers account but the receiver never received the transaction. I called RIS on the 22nd of June to let them know that the receiver has not received the funds no the customer service rep told me he will request and proof of payment from the bank. I called again on June 23rd to follow up on my transaction and RIA could not provide a proof of payment neither did they want to recall the transaction. I called on June 24th and yet again, RIA could not provide a proof of payment neither did they want to recall the transaction. I called again on June 25th and RIA once again did not have a proof of payment neither did they want to recall the transaction. I called to today June 28th, RIA is unable to provide a proof of payment into the receivers account neither do they want to pay back my money. I am not happy about the service they have provided to me, I would like to file a report to a regulatory service since they refuse to recall the transaction because they have not been able to provide the funds or send to me a proof of payment in the receivers account for a week now

13 I have transferred money to India and I got an email stating congratulations that your money has been credited. it has been more than 10 days the recipient haven't received, When I called the answering service to cancel my transaction I waited for an hour and then switched to multiple customer service person and they kept putting me on hold and then they disconnected. I lost my money and I don't want you guys through the pain i went through. Be cautious.

12 Never use Ria Money ever, my receiver is been waiting for 9 days for a transfer that was supposed to be paid instantly. They are telling to wait 3 more days. The employee tells me that all the managers are absent. There will be nobody there until next Monday to help pay my money. I have an emergency. My father is dying and needs medications immediately.

10 I transferred money to my India account and immediately they emailed me that my money has been credited which hasn't been done for 1 day now. I tried connecting to them but with no response. Such depressing customer service, should at-least have someone respond. I think I should switch to some other service now.

14 I don't trust them with my personal information. Their Verification department is very rude and violates privacy policies. They banned my account for no reason, and when I called, they lied about why they did it.
