I have to carry the burden until now my last transfer is still in progress its been taken out of my bank but my recipients bank has not received the funds its been 3 days all i got was a copy paste chatbot from Laurie not even sure if shes a real person I was very hesitant to send money from this App coz its new no fees and high exchange rate my first transfer was a test to see if it will go through so same day i xfd the real amount my recipients needed then used it again week sending to 3 of my kids bank accounts went through just fine as in less than 2 seconds they got the money but i have been thinking what will be the catch still always nervous whenever i think of sending money using this app if it wasnt for Ogie Ds ads of encouragement to use this app i wouldnt have trusted this new app as i dont mind paying the fee from moneygram but never failed me but this last transfer has been a nightmare a hard earned money thats needed to buy food for my kids will i recommend this app? if you have a lot of money and its not urgently needed by your family yes you can try but as for me this is my LAST ! kept on saying its their business partner in the Philippines that's having error etc kept on saying my money is safe and will be released if xfr fails guess how long? 5business days and thats on top of the hold they already put which is 3days so goodluck to me now they wanted me to wait 1-2 days again they said they escalated and contacted their partner in PI who knows then every after my chat with them they always send a review email i kept on ignoring coz you really dont want a review from me right now but then same thing so here's your great review and still no money thank you for the scare the stress and thank you for making me get hooked on this app bcz it seems promising at first they get it fast but now i guess heres the catch i was waiting for maybe isolated case but still it shouldnt happen to anyone so there you can say its my fault yes it is cz i trusted though not fully but still hoped and gave them my trust and this is what i get waiting game who knows when. lesson learned i will NEVER use this APP ever again! 0 They stole my money. I Transferred $1000 from Australia to Pakistan and its been two and half months, the money hasn’t reached the destination bank account. They keep repeating same thing that they are waiting for a response from their partner. Which is so wrong. They cant even get a reply from their partner, they should not be in a business. Shame on you guys. I will never recommend you to any of my friends or family. Return my money!!!!! I will lodge an official complaint to the relevant Authority in Australia.

I have been in contact with the representatives back and forth, no use! I am disappointed and asking to users to avoid this platform. They don’t care. They don’t have proper customer service to deal such issues. All they want is to take money and hid behind the screens.

I had used Taptap send for a long time, sending money to different countries: Vietnam, Thailand, Philipine. Sometimes, it’s fast, sometimes hours, or even days. It has been 5hours since I processed the money transfer with TapTap to Australia. The app showed me that “the transfer is expected in a few minutes”. I took the screenshot and sent it to the seller in Australia. After 5 hours, the money transfer is still not completed, weirdly. I contacted the Customer Service immediately to get help. However, the staff was so unprofessional. She couldn’t directly answer my question relating the app procedure. I asked her why the app showed the false/ incorrect information, she couldn’t explain nor answer truthfully. She started being frustrated to the point that there was someone next to her asked if she was ok, she said yes with a sigh. I mean, what did I even did to her? The call was recorded, you can all listen to it for the company’s own goods. It’s my money, and I trusted the app to use the service, and this is how I was being treated? What a crappy situation. And if you think that’s the end of the story. No, it’s not. Few minutes later, I clicked to the app to check for updates. And the message punched my face harshly: “We're temporarily unable to send transfers to Australia, but we're working to restore service as soon as possible.” Why don’t you show this message before I decided to use Taptap, but other money transfer app? Is it a joke to you, TapTap? My money is with you and you decided to delay the transfer even longer. The seller has waited for a long time, if she decided to sell the items away, and then later she received my money, what would happen to me? 1 Worst call centre agents, they are all from India who doesn’t care to fix if you got problem. I’ve sent money December 29 and until now January 3 problem hasn’t been fixed. All call centre agents don’t know how to fix problem. They have sent me wrong code so my family can’t use the wrong code in the Philippines. It’s so unfair why taptap hire people who doesn’t care about their customers.
