0 I have sent money on 21/06. In app. It does show delievered but not recived in recipient bank. I have submitted statement yesterday, after that there is no communication from their end.No reply of emails and even not attending phone call. Kindly resolve this issue or at least give some reply ad it is causing extreme frsutration and disappointment.

0 This app is no bad according to my experience.I have used it twice and the transfers were delivered same day. The only issue is that,when sending large amount,it takes over 2hrs to be delivered but small amount is instant. Thanks to manuwar and Ahmed for keeping me updated with the transfer I did that had some delays but was delivered.

1 I sent money on july 11 to my sister and still havent received the money and called several times email the pdf file of the bank statement showing no money has been receive and they just dont do nothing always excuses do not send money here they still money and wont give u ur refund back work company ever

7 My transaction has been completed, but the amount I sent is not reflecting in the beneficiary's account. This means that, although the system shows the transaction as complete, the money has not actually been sent to the beneficiary's account. Additionally, customer service is not providing support. Is there any way to get my money back?

10 Is there a way you could rate less than 1 star? I just realised it is a dupery. Your first transaction is alaways successful afterwards it’s a mistake. You will call and email them they always have problems with their partners locally in every country. Don’t use tap tap send you are on your own as you can’t even raise a complaint to whoever. It’s pure theft as they say they will refund after 3-5 days later on they say they can’t refund If you wish to loose your money, your nerves and all the negativity keep using it.
